Open Door Alarm Systems (ODA) is a tamper-proof, secured alarm system-controlled and accessible only by you. Every time a door in your rental is opened, it activates the adjustable time delay. If the door isn't shut within the delayed time you set, the alarm sounds and stays on until the door is closed. As a property owner, you need a way to manage how your renters use your doors and windows.

Protecting your investment and inspiring excellent reviews from your renters can all come down to some simple "ins and outs" of rental protection. Each ODA unit is completely secured with its unique and patented anti-break system. With its discrete design, the ODA System fits with any room decor blending seamlessly into the interior of your rental property.

Leaving doors and windows open is an open invitation for risks and damages to your beach-front rental. Each time a door or window is left open, it causes humidity, mold, unwanted pests and high utility costs. We know you protecting your vacation rental property is at the top of your list.

Charlie developed and patented the tamper-proof technology to enhance the way individuals protect their assets from renters, weather, and animals. At ODA Systems, we believe that giving rental owners the power to take control of their rental property while away can reduce energy and repair costs, improve their guests' experience and maximize their return on investment.
