Umbrella Security has been a solid partner and help guide us through the multi-faceted project we undertook. We were looking to install a new camera system, burglar alarm system and key card access systems. Umbrella provided multiple options and ideas to help us accomplish our goals and stay within budget. Umbrella Security Team did a great job for my company. They secured a 14,000 sq ft Building with no Power, with Solar Power burglar sensors, and fire alarm sensors. This covered me for insurance needs, in a rough time. Tom and his Team came through, and his excellent service and products I highly recommend in the commercial field!

We have been beyond thrilled with Umbrella Security Systems. I'd rate them higher than 5 stars if I could. We're a 40,000 sq. ft. weightlifting gym in the East Lakeview area of Chicago, spanning 3 floors. When they came out to see the place, they really listened to what we were looking for, and recommended a combo of fish-eye cameras and fixed ones in key areas throughout our gym. We ended up getting a total of 9 cameras! It's honestly been a game-changer for us. I can't imagine not having the ability we have now, to see throughout our gym, from wherever we are, through their app. What I love too is how accessible the team is. We had an incident a while back - that thankfully turned out to be a false alarm - but I called Umbrella and they came out right away to help. They showed us how to roll the footage back and save it into a clip, which we've since been able to do when we've needed to examine more closely what took place on a specific day & time. We're actually adding 3 more cameras soon, which is what they recommended initially but I wanted to go slow (and they were not pushy w/me which I greatly appreciate). This was an enormous step & quite an investment but I am so glad we did it. They are well worth the $.
