Fantastic response from the service. With twenty minutes to go till I went away for some time, I realized a black out had stopped our cameras from working. Do didn't think anything about it at the time and as power was restored I just thought I'd unplug things before leaving. Prime responded quickly and got the cameras up and running just as the taxi arrived! Another great service. Phew.

Great service provided by the Prime security technical team. Both Dylan and Callum were very polite and did work hard to sort out technical problems with the CCTV cameras. They called me a few times and did try their best to get to the bottom of what was wrong with the system causing breakdown. They were very professional didnt shy away spending time and finally came up with a plan to fix the broken system after finding out the exact cause. I have been their customer over the part 2 years and would recommend their services to the customers.

Spent two days trying to connect my security system to the newly installed wi-fi network. Prime Security responded to my plea for help almost immediately. Technician Darragh called within minutes and talked me through the process and I was up and running in very short order. Ten out of ten for speed and service.

Competitive price, full detailed quote, no hidden extras. Installer John was really helpful with positioning cameras, his install was neat and showed us the full setup on laptop and installed apps. He also left work areas clean and tidy and was quick and efficient with the install. Would highly recommend.

We had some issues like beeping noise and unable to use without WiFi. Mas was brilliant. He was very professional and patient. He guided me over the phone clearly and sorted the problem. He promised to ring me to check the next day and promptly did so. He knows his job very well.

From the first phone call that I made dealing with Jack, to George and Billy installing my system, everything was professional, friendly and reassuring. The lads were friendly and very clean and tidy in their work, shoes off in the house and vacuuming up after setting up the hard drive. First class service, top end spec and a good price, excellent.

Christmas Eve, and everybody has been waiting for Mary's waters to break before filling the shops. It was chaotic out there.! My home system packed up. It was all switched on - but the cameras had switched themselves off. I tried to restart it myself, but it needed the help from a knowledgeable serviceman. I wasn't very optimistic in getting hold of an engineer, but I tried. Max came on-line and within fifteen minutes everything was back to where it should be.

I would like to commend him for his patience (I am partly deaf, and the equipment is in a tight part of the attic). Remotely, he switched everything on, made sure that I was happy with everything, and finished off wishing me a Merry Christmas. Thanks, Max. You were a star.

Sceptical at first but after they completed the installation, no regrets at all! I asked for a Ring doorbell, CCTV, smart locks to be installed and they did a fantastic job! Price agreed before hand, plan on each installation discussed and job completed to a high standard! Thank you very much!
