Jumpstarts and Lockouts had excellent service and communication from start to finish. William successfully cut two of my Buick keys despite running into issues at first that were weather related. He clearly communicated the price upfront, drove to me, and very helpfully explained what he was doing when I was curious about the process. At no point did I feel uninformed about what needed to happen and he got everything done!

William has saved me twice now. Each time posed a challenge that didnt stop him. First time I was locked out my home, he picked the lock that was over my door knob. Second time, he was able to unlock my bedroom door lock that was installed upside down oops. Hes awesome!

Had a great experience in a very embarrassing moment! Was visiting home and away from any spare keys and locked my keys in the car right before going into a hair apt! William called me when he got to my car (very shortly after my initial call) and I stepped out of my apt to meet him. Thanks for not judging me William! I appreciate your kindness and fast response!

Will come out and unlocked my truck for me. Super professional and there when he said he would be. They also did it the right way wit a shim and hook instead of air pumping the door open and bending it. 10/10 recommend

I am extremely happy with the service I got tonight after figuring out that my keys were not in my bag where they normally are when I went to grab my door handle to my vehicle. This was my first call and he was fast in response time and was very professional and got me in the car quick, probably quicker than the time it took for me to find where I set down the car keys inside of my vehicle so I could get the alarm turned off

My insurance company was taking hours to find someone to unlock my car. I called Jumpstarts and Lockouts, someone came to help within 30 minutes. This is my first lockout and all of friends said $60 is a good price as other companies will charge $100+

Was locked out of house for about 4+ hours trying to deal with other local locksmiths, somehow found this ones number and he arrived in under 25 minutes during the winter, speedy service with a relaxed demeanor. Definitely recommend this service. Fluent english. Can pay with Visa as of the time of this review. Definitely not feeling the chill any longer from being outside for that long.

Vehicle lockout. Called and asked for eta. Response was 30 mins or less. Arrived in 20. Price is steep but theyre upfront with that. With that kind of response time and it taking less than 2 mins for him to pop the lock, its a fair price. I dont intend to have this situation again as Ill be getting a duplicate key through them down the road, but if this ever happens again this is who Ill call first.
